Return & Refund Policy

At Glimora, we offer a 15-day Return Policy to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your product, you can do so within 15 days of delivery, and we will issue a full refund after deducting Rs. 1,000/- per product for delivery and processing fees.
Please note the following:
  1. Products that have been engraved, personalised, or customised are not eligible for returns.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in unused and saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. Tags and stickers should remain intact. Any tampering with the tags or packaging will void the 15-day return eligibility.
  3. Items that show any signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by a jeweller other than Glimora), or damage will not be accepted for return under the 15-Day Return Policy.
  4. To qualify for a return, the product must include the original invoice, certificates, warranty card (if applicable), packaging, free gifts, certificate of authenticity, endorsement certificates, and any other booklets that were included in the original purchase.
  5. A product can only be returned if:
    1. It is unused and not customised
    2. It remains in the same condition as when it was sold
    3. It is returned within 15 days of delivery
    4. It has not been tampered with or altered.
  6. If the original purchase was made through an EMI system, a 1% deduction on the total invoice value will be applied at the time of refund for the first instalment.

Refund Process

To initiate a return under this policy, follow these steps:
  1. Contact our Customer Care within 15 days of delivery at support@glimora.in
  2. Repack the product with all its original packaging, certificates, and invoices as specified before
  3. Call our Customer Care to confirm the package is ready and we’ll arrange for return shipment and provide all return pickup details and instructions
  4. The product must include the original product certificate and invoice. If the certificate is missing, a charge of ₹2,500 will apply
  5. Ensure you receive proof of the pickup, whether via a paper receipt, photo of the tracking number, or SMS confirmation
  6. Glimora will cover all return shipping costs
  7. Upon receiving the returned item, it will be examined by our Quality Check department at the Head Office to verify the weight, authenticity, and condition of the product (checking for damage, stone defects, alterations, etc.)
  8. Once the quality inspection is completed, a refund will be processed to your bank account within 15 business days.

Glimora reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time, so we recommend checking them regularly. Any updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website: www.glimora.in If significant changes are made, a notice will be provided to ensure customers are aware of the updates.
