Resizing and Repairs
- If you need your ring resized, we offer complimentary resizing services (excluding any additional making charges), unless resizing is not feasible due to design constraints or other factors.
- In cases where the resizing increases the value of the ring, the additional cost will be communicated to you in advance, and the resizing process will only proceed upon receiving your written or emailed approval.
- Should the resizing reduce the overall cost of the ring, the price difference will be refunded to you.
- If your item requires any repairs, we will assess the damage and provide a quote for the repair or replacement. The cost will depend on the specific case, and we will notify you accordingly.
- Shipping expenses for resizing and repairs will be covered by the customer.
