Buyback and Exchange

Glimora offers a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Program on all qualifying purchases. You can return or exchange your jewellery, provided it is accompanied by the original product certificate, and we will assess its value based on the prevailing market rate as per Glimora’s records. Necessary deductions will apply for making charges, taxes, and a processing fee of ₹2000. If your purchase included any discounts or complimentary gifts, the corresponding amount or value will be deducted as well. The Buyback and/or Exchange policy is available six months after the original delivery date, allowing flexibility in your decision-making. In the case of missing certificates for solitaire jewellery, a flat deduction of ₹2500 per missing certificate will be applied. For solitaires of larger sizes, the deduction amount may exceed ₹2500, depending on the size of the stone. Glimora will cover all shipping costs for products sent back for buyback or exchange

Lifetime Exchange

When you opt to exchange your item, the value of the exchanged product will be added as credit to your Glimora account valid for a period of 365 days, allowing you to use it towards the purchase of any other product. Please note, the credited amount is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you decide to return the product under our buy-back policy, the buy-back amount will be transferred to your bank account within 30 business days of receipt and quality assessment of the returned item.

Please note the following terms for buyback and exchange:

  1. Buyback and exchange do not apply to loose diamonds.
  2. Polki jewellery, pearls, and coloured gemstones are also excluded from buyback and exchange.
  3. You must provide the original invoice and certification for any buyback or exchange request.
  4. Glimora products purchased outside of official Glimora stores or Glimora’s website are not eligible for buyback or exchange.
  5. If a discount was applied during the original purchase, an equivalent deduction will be made from the current market value when calculating the buyback or exchange amount.
  6. Deductions will be made for any signs of excessive wear, damage, or defects, with possible reductions of up to 100% of the product’s value depending on the condition of the item.
  7. Jewellery altered by any party other than Glimora will not be accepted for buyback or exchange.
  8. After conducting a thorough quality inspection, Glimora reserves the right to adjust the product’s value, with an explanation provided for any changes.
  9. The gold weight will be calculated after removing all pearls, stones, lac, dust, or other materials.
  10. Products cannot be exchanged for gold or silver coins/bars.
  11. Customized jewellery is not eligible for buyback or exchange.
  12. GST shall be excluded from all buyback and exchange calculations
  13. Any loyalty points, rewards, or benefits used during the purchase will be deducted from the buyback or exchange value.
  14. If the original purchase was made through an EMI plan, any unpaid EMIs will be deducted in addition to the other applicable deductions.

Glimora reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time, so we recommend checking them regularly. Any updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website: www.glimora.in If significant changes are made, a notice will be provided to ensure customers are aware of the updates.
